The bookings done on this website are ONLY done for physical classroom training session at the chosen Institutes and NOT for online sessions.
Candidates are requested to ensure and finalize their program before booking a course. If by any means a candidate is unable to undergo the course on the particular date, the same can be cancelled /shifted According to institute terms and conditions for the next available date as per the availability within 6 months.
If the candidate does not attend the scheduled class due to illness or any reason and not willing to shifted to next available date as per the availability within 6 months. It will be considered as the cancellation of course as per institutes’ policy.
A shifting charge entire course fees is applicable as per Institute policy.
Cancellation and refunds for any course is as per Institute policy.
Course Material (if any based on course and institutes) for the selected course will be issued at the time of course commencement by the respective institutes. The Course Certificates will be issued by the same institute on the same day as the course concludes.
Only original receipts would be provided duplicate receipts will not be issued at any juncture.
Course booking is subject to seat availability.
The above policies are applicable to the registered courses refunds are not applicable to the course that has been carried forward by shifting to the alternative dates.
We are NOT liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in regards with any decline of authorization for any Transaction.
After completing the payment procedure you will be redirected back to BOOKMARINECOURSE site for payment confirmation message. Please DO NOT press BACK or REFRESH button until you are directed back. The confirmation process may take few minutes.
If the amount is debited from your Bank Account but error page displayed or for any reason you are unable to book your preferred, you can report such occurrence to bookmarinecourse.com /support@marinecourse.com
It may take upto 48hrs to get confirmation from bank. We suggest you to rebook for the desired courses if there is no confirmation with the given time period. If any extra payment is credited to us it will be refunded through cheque in the name of the candidate at the time of course commencement.
There may be certain bookings that Bookmarinecourse.com is unable to accept and must cancel. This website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your booking being cancelled include, non-availability of the seats, non- availability of batch by the institutes opted by You, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by the credit and fraud avoidance tea.
We will inform you if your order is confirmed or cancelled or if any additional information is required to accept your booking.
If for any reason your booking is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your account.
In case of requests for booking cancellations, Bookmarinecourse.com reserves the right to accept or reject requests for booking cancellations for any reason whatsoever based on the cancellation and refund policies of each institutes.
If we receive a cancellation request much prior to the commencement of the course the amount would be repaid within a reasonable time period.
On the commencement of the course cancellation CANNOT be done whatsoever.
The payment would be inclusive of a nominal convenience fee charged by the booking website.
Note: Cancellation and Refund of Fee policies are different of every Institute (where you chose to pursue course).
